Research on the Coordinated Development Mechanism of Open Education and Vocational Education

Abstract：This study is based on the backgroundof the eraof educational development.Itanalyzes the necessityof thecoordinated development of open educationand vocational education.Focusing on the analysisof the factors affecting the coodinated development，in termsof the developmentmechanism，itisproposed thatbasedon depening theoretical research，the degree of consensus on collaborative development should be consolidated; teaching resources should be jointly built and shared to improve the interactivityof collaborativedevelopment；with strengthening process management as the core，the integration degree of collaborative development should be enhanced；teaching staffshould bemutually hired forcooperation to increase thedegreofcooperation，communicationand sharing，etc.Combined with the explorationof the integrationof vocational education and continuing education in Shaanxi Open University and other universities，this article puts forward innovative suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of open education and vocational education.
