汽车总布置设计的可维修性校核方法的研究
摘 要:由于汽车产品复杂度提升,再加上用户对售后维护要求的不断增加,可维修性设计已成为整车开发的关键环节。文章基于可维修性定义与评价维度,系统分析了当前可维修性校核中存在的核心问题,结合行业实践提出了相应的解决方案,希望能够有效降低车辆维护成本,并提升用户的认可度和满意度。

Research on the Maintenance Ability Check Method of Automobile General Layout Design

Abstract:Due to the increasing complexity of automotive products and the increasing requirements of users for after-sales maintenance, repairability design has become a key part of vehicle development. Based on the definition and evaluation dimensions of maintainability, this paper systematically analyzes the core problems existing in the current maintainability check, and proposes corresponding solutions based on industry practices, hoping to effectively reduce vehicle maintenance costs and improve user recognition and satisfaction.
