摘 要:本文为解决发动机怠速D、R档整车抖动的问题,通过有限元法模拟仿真悬置系统及副车架。通过优化前后悬置系统和副车架结构,有效的降低了发动机怠速的抖动问题。同时路噪变化都在理想范围内,使整车性能得到了明显提升。

NVH Performance Analysis in MPV Data Development Stage

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of vehicle jitter in D and R gears at engine idle speed, the suspension system and subframe are simulated by finite element method. By optimizing the front and rear suspension system and subframe structure, the problem of engine idle jitter is effectively reduced. At the same time, the road noise changes are within the ideal range, which significantly improves the performance of the whole vehicle.

1 引言

白车身结构模态反映白车身结构的固有振动特性,对白车身进行模态分析可判断是否存在与怠速发动机激励频率、声腔模态频率等重合的模态,以及在实车NVH改进过程中作为参考,从白车身模态频率和振型入手进行分析,如某些转速下车内的轰鸣声。(剩余1756字)
