职业教育做好新增专业工作初探

摘 要：新增专业是职业教育整个工作中重要一环，却多年存在着专干业务能力不足、设备购买和场地建设资金不足、师资聘用受机制束缚等问题，表现出可行性论证报告质量不高、市级标准配套缺失、设备利用率低且无人指导等工作症结表现，相应提出了专家级教研队伍建设、资金保障、师资保障等建议举措。

On How to Do the Work of New Majors Well in Vocational Education

Abstract：New majors are an important part of the whole work of vocational education， but there have been many problems for many years， such as insufficient professional ability， insufficient funds for equipment purchase and site construction， and the employment of teachers is constrained by the mechanism， which shows the crux of the work， such as the low quality of feasibility demonstration report， the lack of municipal standards， low utilization rate of equipment and no guidance. Accordingly， the article puts forward some suggestions and measures， such as the construction of expert teaching and research team， capital guarantee， teacher guarantee and so on.
