摘 要：崇尚实干、狠抓落实，是我们党的优良传统。以湖南汽车工程职业学院为例，通过狠抓落实，推动党委决策部署落地生根、开花结果，实现办学水平和办学质量得到大幅提升。

Promotion of the Implementation of Decision-making and Deployment in Higher Vocational Colleges with High Quality and Efficiency

Abstract：Advocating practical work and paying close attention to implementation is our party's fine tradition. Taking Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College as an example， the article pays close attention to the implementation， promoting the decision-making and deployment of the Party committee to take root and bear fruit， so as to greatly improve the school running level and quality.
