基于大数据的白车身尺寸控制应用

摘 要:为了快速准确的找出导致白车身尺寸精度超差的影响因素,并进行优化。该文提出利用大数据的思路通过一些数据采集系统及工具,收集零部件、分总成、白车身数据及工艺过程信息,为白车身尺寸超差的整改提供科学的指导建议,保证白车身尺寸目标的快速达成。

Application of BIW Dimension Control Based on Big Data

Abstract:In order to quickly and accurately find out the influencing factors leading to the out of tolerance of body in white dimensional accuracy, and optimize it. This paper puts forward the idea of using big data to collect the data and process information of parts, subassemblies and BIW through some data acquisition systems and tools, so as to provide scientific guidance and suggestions for the rectification of BIW size out of tolerance and ensure the rapid achievement of BIW size goal.

1 引言

随着汽车消费市场竞争的愈加激烈,各大汽车主机厂都通过开发新功能,增加新配置,设计独特造型等各种手段来提升产品的核心竞争力吸引消费者,白车身作为整车内外饰零部件和汽车各种功能配置装配的基础,白车身尺寸精度的好坏直接影响整车产品的核心竞争力从而影响产品销量。(剩余2400字)
