摘 要:本文提供了一种基于MASTA软件进行齿轮修形的快速方法,通过对齿轮载荷接触分析,预测齿间载荷和齿向载荷分布状况,对比齿轮修形前后齿轮振幅、传动误差变化及齿轮接触斑点这些评价修形指标的变化情况,发现修行后齿轮的啮合性能和承载能力都得到了很大地提升,为后期产品的优化设计和实际应用提供指导作用。

Optimization Design of Modification of an Axle Gear Based on Masta Software

Abstract:This paper provides a fast method for gear modification based on Masta software. Through the contact analysis of gear load, the distribution of inter tooth load and tooth direction load are predicted, and the changes of gear amplitude, transmission error and gear contact spots before and after gear modification are compared. It is found that the meshing performance and bearing capacity of the gear have been greatly improved after practice, which provides guidance for the optimal design and practical application of later products.

1 引言

驱动车桥轮边部分是整个汽车传动系统的动力输出终端,在整车运行过程中,由于轮边行星排齿轮受不同的载荷工况、加工制造以及装配误差的影响,往往出现齿轮偏载、传递误差偏大、齿轮错位等现象发生,严重削弱齿轮的承载能力和传动质量,增大齿轮早期失效的概率。(剩余1351字)
