我国体育高职院校科技创新能力的现状、问题与提升路径研究

——基于2011—2024年的专利质量分析

Abstract ：Sports patents are an important manifestation of technological innovation， the core driving force for the high-quality development of the sports industry， and a significant engine for building a strong sports nation. By utilizing methods such as literature review and data analysis， this study investigates patent information data from sports vocational colleges in China spanning from 2O11 to 2O24. It systematically reviews patent applications and authorizations， patent validity， patent types， patent technology fields， patent cooperation and citations. The research reveals that the foundation for patent achievement construction in China’s sports vocational colleges has gradually improved， providing support for the development of the sports industry to a certain extent. However， there are also issues such as a significantly insufficient number of patents compared to other industries， a low conversion rate of patent achievements， and insufficient leadership of sports technological innovation in driving regional sports industry development. The study proposes that China’s higher vocational colleges of sports should enhance patent management by strengthening systems and incentives， establish platforms for sports technological innovation to strengthen the integration of industry and education in the regional sports industry ， and further reinforce the supportive role of sports vocational colleges in the development of the sports industry.
