《中华人民共和国爱国主义教育法》视域下港澳运动员国家认同的建构

Abstract：The promulgation and implementation of the Patriotic Education Law has provided a solid legal guarantee and strong policy support for the construction of the national identity of Hong Kong and Macao athletes. Using the research methods of literature review，logic analysis and text analysis， this paper systematically analyzes the value implication， restriction factors and practice path of the national identity construction of Hong Kong and Macao athletes under the perspective of the Patriotic Education Law. It is concluded that the construction of national identity of the athletes can enhance the centripetal force and cohesion of the whole society and maintain the stability and healthy development of the country； promote the inheritance of fine traditional Chinese culture and enhance the cultural confidence of athletes from Hong Kong and Macao; stimulate the sense of national responsibility of the athletes ，and shape a positive image of national identity. Constraints ： There are obvious diferences between the political systems of Hong Kong and Macao and the mainland， and the political identity of Hong Kong and Macao athletes needs to be improved. There are diferences_between the education system of Hong Kong and Macao and the mainland， and there is a lack of consensus on the education identity of athletes in Hong Kong and Macao. Media reports and public opinion are biased， and the emotional identity of Hong Kong and Macao athletes is vulnerable to fluctuations. Based on this， the practical path is put forward： to create a harmonious and stable political environment and enhance the political identity of Hong Kong and Macao athletes; to support cross-cultural exchanges and a multilingual environment to promote the cultural identity of athletes from Hong Kong and Macao; to formulate a comprehensive patriotic education plan to deepen the educational recognition of Hong Kong and Macao athletes to the country; to actively guide public opinion and media reports to deepen the emotional identity of athletes from Hong Kong and Macao.
