英国体育治理的时代变迁、演变趋向与镜鉴

Abstract： Using the literature review and logical reasoning， the study examines the epochal changes and evolutionary trends of sports governance in the UK，and then puts forward the value of mirroring for sports governance in China. The study concludes that there are four phases of sports governance in the UK： the traditional welfare period supported by the state （1937-1978）， the market-led state withdrawal period （1979-1996），the mix development period of social investment （1997-2016），and the power and responsibility recycling period of function strengthening （2O16-present）. And there are the following evolutionary characteristics of future sports governance in the UK： 1） transitional logic in strengthening organizational control and welfare balance; 2） selective logic in strengthening sports integrity and cultural cohesion; 3） holistic logic in strengthening synergistic and downward governance; 4） hierarchical logic in strengthening event legacy and international status. Lessons： strengthening the standard of legal good governance and the construction of balanced financial allocation; strengthening the protection of sports integrity and the construction of cultural cohesion; strengthening the overall governance framework and the construction of innovative governance practices; strengthening the design of event legacy and the construction of international discourse system.
