Abstract:Inresposetothissuetatnaturaldisasterknowedgegaphsforsingledisastertypeshadanarowoverageofinforationakingitdifculttractowldgefromasivendcmplexifoation,issudypropodametodforlngaaturaldsasterow edgegraphforteelowiverBasinorntedtowardlossassessmentTenaturaldisasterknowldgegaphconsistedofdataesoucslay er,aknowledgeetractionlayer((includingahemaayerandadatalayer),andanapplicationserviceyer.Theschemalaerwasbuilt byusingatop-doappoach,enteredonontologicalmodelsofnaturaldisasterevents,fundamentalgograpicinforationnddisaster losassessmetu-oeeerogousdataeolted,ndingaturaldsasterventatasicgaicifoatiata anddisasterlosdata,andhedatalyerasbiltbyusingabotom-upproach,nablingkowledgeextraction,knowedgefusionand knowledgestoragefrotsedivsedatasources.eaplicatiosiuatiossotatteowedggraphsupportsfietpatioral relationshipuesdpiddentifatioofalocutdisastesealsofOajodasterevetsieYoiersinfrom181toO18revealsanincreasingfrequencyofdisastesovertie,withfloodsbingtheostcomondisastertypeAditioaly, 37instancesofoncuredsastesareidifdisapreakstoughteliatiosoftetaditioalsingledisasterowdgte and improves the efficiency of disaster loss assessment.
