Abstract:Chinaisacountrywithsevereearthquakedisasters,withawiderangeoffectedareas,ighfrequencyofoccuenceandhigh intensityofearthquakeactivityRoads,aste"lifeline",playanimportantroleinthetransporationofmateralsandpersoelfteran earthquakedisasterocus,quicklyandcuratelybtainingtelcationofroaddamageisfgreatgificancefotielydedgingoflif andcaryingoutpostdisasterrescue.Inresponsetotheissuesoftrongshadowinterference,ighfaultmissddetectionrate,andsevere fragmentationinremotessingidenificationofroaddamageafterarthquakes,thispperproposdaoaddamagelayerextractionfraeork thatintegratedpriorknowledgeofOpenStreeap(OSM).Theefectivenessofthemethodwasverifiedbyusingthe2O23JishshanM6. earthquaeasatypicalcase.Byuldigafourlayertecicalsstemof"vectorostraint-agsegmentatioopologepaidagdete tion",rapidlcalizationofaddmageinomplexteinareashadncheved,providingaistaceiniproingresespdd ducing personnel and property losses.
