紫外可见分光光度计检定中的误差分析与控制
【摘要】本文结合JJG 178—2007《紫外、可见、近红外分光光度计》检定规程,简单分析了紫外可见分光光度计检定项目,阐述了紫外可见分光光度计检定中的主要误差来源,进一步分析了误差产生的原因,针对各种误差来源提出了相应的控制方法,以保证紫外可见分光光度计检定的准确性。

Error Analysis and Control in Calibration of UV-Visible Spectrophotometers

Abstract: This article combines the verification procedures of JJG 178—2007 Ultraviolet,Visible,Near-Infrared Spectrophotometers to analyze the calibration items of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers. It elucidates the main sources of errors in the calibration of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers and further analyzes the causes of these errors. Corresponding control methods are proposed for various error sources to ensure the accuracy of the calibration of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers.
