UV法测定紫草中羟基萘醌总色素含量的不确定度评定及应用

【摘要】对采用紫外-可见分光光度（UV）法测定紫草中羟基萘醌总色素含量全过程进行分析，建立数学模型，确定影响总色素测定不确定度的因素并对其进行评估。结果表明，总色素含量测定的扩展不确定度为0.06%，测定结果表示为（1.69±0.06）%（k=2），能力验证结果为满意。

Determination of Total Hydroxynaphthoquinone Pigment Content in Purple Grass by Spectrophotometry Evaluation of Uncertainty and Application in Capability Verification

Abstract： To verify the ability of UV spectrophotometry to determine the total content of hydroxynaphthoquinone pigments in purple grass， establish a mathematical model， determine the factors that affect uncertainty， and evaluate each factor. Results showed that the expanded uncertainty of the total pigment content determination was 0.06%， and the determination result was expressed as （1.69±0.06）% （k=2）， indicating a satisfactory capability validation result.
