UV法测定紫草中羟基萘醌总色素含量的不确定度评定及应用

【摘要】对采用紫外-可见分光光度(UV)法测定紫草中羟基萘醌总色素含量全过程进行分析,建立数学模型,确定影响总色素测定不确定度的因素并对其进行评估。结果表明,总色素含量测定的扩展不确定度为0.06%,测定结果表示为(1.69±0.06)%(k=2),能力验证结果为满意。

Determination of Total Hydroxynaphthoquinone Pigment Content in Purple Grass by Spectrophotometry Evaluation of Uncertainty and Application in Capability Verification

Abstract: To verify the ability of UV spectrophotometry to determine the total content of hydroxynaphthoquinone pigments in purple grass, establish a mathematical model, determine the factors that affect uncertainty, and evaluate each factor. Results showed that the expanded uncertainty of the total pigment content determination was 0.06%, and the determination result was expressed as (1.69±0.06)% (k=2), indicating a satisfactory capability validation result.
