【摘要】本文探讨了科研管理标准化的内涵及对科技创新的作用，论述了科研项目标准化的管理框架，提出了机动车检测机构标准化管理体系应用的推进策略。运用标准化理念、方法和工具，通过顶层设计构建科研管理标准体系，将制度固化形成标准，推动标准的实施和动态完善可有效提升科技创新的效率和质量。
