【摘要】本文简述了无规共聚聚丙烯管材的应用及国内外标准体系情况,并通过在不同领域随机采集样品的方式对不同渠道、产地的产品开展熔融温度、静液压强度项目的质量比对,深入研究辽宁省内产品在行业内的优势、不足与短板,精准发现其中问题并提出质量提升工作建议。

Comparison and Evaluation of Melting Temperature and Hydrostatic Strength and Mass of Random Copolymer Polypropylene (PP-R) Pipe

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the application of the random copolymer polypropylene pipe and the standard system at home and abroad, and carries out quality comparison of melting temperature and hydrostatic strength items of products from different channels and places by random sample collection in different fields, in-depth research on the advantages, shortcomings and shortcomings of products in Liaoning province in the industry, accurately discover the problems and put forward suggestions for quality improvement.

冷热水用聚丙烯管材是目前建筑物给水系统中常用的塑料管道产品之一,由于分子结构的差异性主要分为PP-H(均聚聚丙烯)、PP-B(耐冲击共聚聚丙烯)和PP-R(无规共聚聚丙烯)三种类型,其中PP-R管材由于其耐热性能好,温度适用范围广而被广泛使用,PP-R管材具有密度小、力学性能均衡、抗腐蚀、耐热性高、清洁卫生、连接密封性好、施工和维修方便等诸多特点,主要用于建筑物内冷热水管道系统,包括饮用水和采暖管道系统等。(剩余5042字)
