【摘要】近年来，随着认证活动逐渐向深度和广度拓展，认证制度在全球范围内得到迅速发展。我国的产品认证在市场经济日趋成熟以及国际经济一体化的大趋势下，迎来了产品认证为我国市场经济发展助力的极好机遇。首先，我国的产品认证工作有明确的法律依据；其次，我国的产品认证工作已积累了一定经验。

Abstract： In recent years， with the gradual expansion of certification activities to the depth and breadth， the certification system has developed rapidly in the global scope. China’s product certification in the market economy increasingly mature and the general trend of international economic integration， ushered in the product certification for China’s market economy development to help the excellent opportunity. First， product certification has a clear legal basis； second， product certification has accumulated some experience.
