计量检定压力表的常见问题分析

【摘要】本文首先对压力表仪器结构进行介绍，针对检定规程所需检定的步骤进行分析，然后针对日常工作中出现的问题给出解决方法，从而能够分析压力表整个检定过程中出现的技术问题。严格依据理论从实际工作出发，分享压力表计量检定工作中出现问题的解决方案。

Common Problems in Analyzing Metrological Calibration Pressure Gauges

Abstract： This article first introduces the structure of the pressure gauge instrument， analyzes the steps required for calibration in the calibration regulations， and then provides solutions to the problems that arise in daily work， so as to comprehensively introduce the technical issues in the entire calibration process of the pressure gauge. Strictly based on theory and starting from practical work， share solutions to problems in pressure gauge calibration work.

1压力表具体计量检定内容

1.1压力表外观及内部构造检查

在对压力表进行相关检定之前，检定人员首先要仔细检查压力表的外观，重点观察其外形有无变化、外观有无破损痕迹、玻璃表面有无破裂裂纹、压力表指针有无松动、外观漆面有无光滑度等。（剩余4305字）
