小麦赤霉菌生防放线菌的筛选鉴定及发酵条件的优化

【摘要】为筛选出对小麦赤霉菌有拮抗作用的生防放线菌,本文采用平板画线法、对峙法等进行放线菌的筛选。根据对小麦赤霉菌的抑菌率大小选定最优抑菌效果的放线菌。放线菌液体培养基经摇瓶发酵、正交试验优化其培养基配料发酵条件,确定其发酵培养基的组成,并利用牛津杯法比较抑菌圈的直径平均值选择最优的组成比例。

Screening and Identification of Biocontrol Actinomycetes Against Wheat Scab and Optimization of Fermentation Conditions

Abstract: In order to screen biocontrol actinomycetes that have antagonistic effects on wheat scab, this article uses plate drawing method, confrontation method, etc. to screen actinomycetes. Select the actinomycetes with the best antibacterial effect based on the antibacterial rate of biocontrol actinomycetes against wheat scab. The liquid culture medium of actinomycetes was subjected to shake flask fermentation and orthogonal experiments to optimize the fermentation conditions of the culture medium ingredients. Determine the composition of its fermentation medium and use the Oxford Cup method to compare the average diameter of the antibacterial zone to select the optimal composition ratio.
