养殖场自制有机肥品质和风险分析研究

【摘要】从2020年开始筛选金堂县辖区内的五家养殖场，分别对各养殖场的自制有机肥中有机质、总氮、总磷、总钾、微量元素以及对重金属和抗生素类残留进行分析研究。此研究主要为地方监管部门对辖区内养殖场自制有机肥的监管提供参考建议，为自制有机肥产业规范化管理提供技术支撑。

Study on the Quality and Risk Analysis of Homemade Organic Fertilizer in Aquaculture Farms

Abstract： Since 2020， five breeding farms within the jurisdiction of Jintang County have been selected for analysis of the organic matter， total nitrogen， total phosphorus， total potassium， trace elements， heavy metals， and residual antibiotics in their homemade organic fertilizers. This study provides reference and suggestions for local regulatory departments to monitor the homemade organic fertilizers of breeding farms within their jurisdiction and provides technical support for the standardized management of the homemade organic fertilizer industry.

从2020年开始，金堂县农业农村局为了摸清辖区内蛋鸡和生猪养殖场的自制有机肥品质等级、重金属和抗生素残留的情况，筛选辖区内的5家大型的养殖场进行有机肥的品质和质量安全风险监测，监测周期为三年，针对五家养殖户每年进行一次抽样，抽取样品均为养殖场自制有机肥。（剩余6456字）
