【摘要】本文简要介绍了市级计量技术机构在计量标准建立时技术报告的撰写,计量检定和校准证书、报告的出具,计量标准建立,CNAS实验室认可,计量比对,能力验证,计量标准器证书确认等方面不确定度的应用,以及在应用不确定度时的注意事项,对实验室提升管理质量具有一定指导意义。

Application of Uncertainty in Municipal Metrology Technical Institutions

Abstract: This article briefly introduces the application of uncertainty in various aspects such as the writing of technical reports on the establishment of measurement standards, the issuance of measurement verification and calibration certificates, the establishment of measurement standards, CNAS laboratory recognition, measurement comparison, capability verification, and the confirmation of measurement standard certificate by municipal metrology technology institutions, as well as the precautions for applying uncertainty. It has practical guiding significance for improving the management quality of laboratories.
