基于TRIZ理论的汽车连接器改进设计

【摘 要】针对汽车连接器未满足电接触性能而导致使用过程中出现装配性能降低的问题,文章基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ理论),利用TRIZ理论的矛盾/冲突分析矩阵、39个工程参数、40个创新发明原理等知识库工具进行改进设计,在满足电接触性能和不增加成本的前提下,解决连接器装配性能低的问题。

【Abstract】In response to the problem of reduced assembly performance caused by inadequate electrical contact performance of automotive connectors during use,this article is based on the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ theory) and utilizes the contradiction/conflict analysis matrix,39 engineering parameters,40 innovative invention principles and other knowledge base tools of TRIZ theory to improve the design. Under the premise of meeting electrical contact performance and not increasing costs,the problem of low assembly performance of connectors is solved.
