白车身覆盖件折边胶泡问题分析与控制策略

【摘  要】文章对北京现代汽车有限公司焊装车间折边胶泡问题进行分析讨论，按照制造工艺流程，结合折边工艺特点，从人、机、料、法、环方面对胶泡问题产生的主要因素进行分析，并结合实际生产过程验证的参数，提出解决措施，制定胶泡问题的预防方案，为有效预防和解决胶泡问题提供一定的指导作用。

Analysis and Control Strategy of the Hemming Bubble of the BIW Panels

【Abstract】Based on the analysis and discussion of the hemming bubble problem in the welding workshop of Beijing Hyundai Motor Co.，Ltd.，according to the manufacturing process flow and combining with the characteristics of the hemming process，the main factors of the hemming bubble problem are analyzed from the aspects of man，machine，material，method and environment，and combined with the parameters verified by the actual production process，the solution measures are proposed，and the prevention plan of the hemming bubble problem is formulated，which has a certain guiding role in effectively preventing and solving the problem of hemming bubbles.
