【摘  要】文章针对纯电动商用车变速器电磁阀阀芯故障失效案例，通过走访调查、故障件复现、试验分析、对比试验，依靠部件工作原理，分析产品的失效原因，指出最终影响因素，最后提出此类问题的解决方案。

【Abstract】In view of a market feedback of pure electric commercial vehicle transmission solenoid valve spore-failure analysis case，through the visit investigation，failure parts reproduction，experimental analysis，comparative test，relying on the working principle of components，analyzes the cause of product failure，points out the final influencing factors，and finally puts forward the solution to such problems.
