全密封起动机设计及应用

【摘  要】为解决现有起动机的防水缺陷问题，文章提出一种新的全密封起动机，可以提升起动机防水性能和增加使用寿命。该全密封起动机采用涂防水胶、一体式异形密封件和防水透气塞，具有防水性能提升大、改进成本低、安装简单、防水透气性能好的特点，适用于涉水和高温高湿的车辆使用场景。

【Abstract】In order to solve the waterproof defect problem of existing starters，this article proposes a new fully sealed starter，which can improve the waterproof performance and increase the service life of the starter. This fully sealed starter adopts waterproof adhesive，integrated shaped sealing components，and waterproof and breathable plugs，which have the characteristics of greatly improving waterproof performance，low improvement cost，simple installation，and good waterproof and breathable performance. It is suitable for vehicle use scenarios involving water and high temperature and humidity.
