微生物菌剂对连作半夏生长、产量和品质及根际土壤酶活性的影响

AbstractIn order to clarify the effects of microbial agents on growth,activity of rhizosphere soil enzymes,yield and quality of continuous cropping Pinellia ternata in Xinyang area,the experiment was conducted taking P . ternate variety ‘ Xibanxia’ as research object. Four microbial agents of Paenibacillus polymyxa, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus mucilaginosus and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens were diluted 1OO times and then used for root-irrigation for threetimes.No microbial agent application was as the control.The growth indexes were determined at the spathe stage of P . ternata,and the activity of soil enzymes in the rhizosphere soil samples were determined at early,middle and late stages of growth. The yield and quality of P . ternata were measured after harvest.The results showed that the four microbial agents all had certain growth-promoting efects on the growth of P . ternata with the seedling height increased by 15.35% to 27.99% ,and the growth-promoting effect of Bacillus mucilaginosus was the most obvious.The four microbial agents had certain effects on the improvement of activity of soil enzymes.Among them,Paenibacillus polymyxa had the most obvious efect on increasing the activity of soil polyphenol oxidase,urease and sucrase,and had increasing efect on catalase activity which was not significant diferent with that of Bacillus mucilaginosus. In the late growth period of P . ternata, the activity of soil polyphenol oxidase,urease, sucrase and catalase increased by 73.68% , 27.41% , 38.08% (204号 and 80.57% ,respectively after treated with Paenibacillus polymyxa. Among the four microbial agents,Paenibacillus polymyxa had the most obvious effcts on yield and quality of Pinellia ternate. Compared with the control ,the number of tubers,1OO-grain weight,fresh weight and dry weight increased by 46.36% , 78.03% , (204号 191.76% and 191.87% ,respectively,and most were significantly higher than those of other treatments ; the contents of total alkaloids, organic acids and extracts increased by 80.77% , 64.03% and 16.81% ,respectively reaching significant level.These results could provide a theoretical basis for the future use of microbial agents to alleviate continuous cropping obstacles.
