技能竞赛对技工院校人才培养的探索与思考

——以云南冶金高级技工学校为例

摘 要：本文通过技能竞赛对技工院校师资队伍建设、人才培养标准、教育教育改革、校企合作、实训基地建设、思政教育等方面的推动，探索技能竞赛对技工院校人才培养的路径，体系化输出技能竞赛成果，培养高质量的技能人才。

Abstract：Through the promotion of skills competition on the construction of technical colleges' teaching staff，personnel training standards，education and education reform，school-enterprise cooperation，training base construction，ideological and political education，this paper explores the path of skills competition on the cultivation of technical colleges' talents， systematically outputs the results of skills competition，and cultivates high-quality skills talents.
