黄炎培职业人才教育观对高职人才培养的启示

摘 要：黄炎培职业教育思想是与时俱进的思想，新时期全面理解其职业教育思想精髓，深入挖掘黄炎培职业人才教育观的深刻内涵，提炼符合当代高职院校人才培养的理念，对于推动现代职业教育事业发展，深化高职院校人才培养模式改革具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract：Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought is an idea that keeps pace with the times.In the new era，it is of great guiding significance to comprehensively understand the essence of his vocational education thought，deeply tap the profound connotation of Huang Yanpei's vocational talent education view，and refine the concept that conforms to the talent training of contemporary higher vocational colleges，so as to promote the development of modern vocational education and deepen the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
