新时代大学科技园如何在培养创新创业人才中发挥作用

摘要：科技创新成为新时代的使命，这使得“培养新时代创新创业人才”变成了一件极为重要和迫切的事情。我国大学科技园的功能定位、平台条件与创新创业人才培养存在很多契合之处，大学科技园在创新创业文化氛围的创造、创新创业人才培养体系的构建、创新创业资源平台的服务方面可以发挥作用。

Abstract：Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered in a new era.Since then，scientific and technological innovation become the mission of the new era，and innovation is the primary driving force for development."Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era" has become an extremely important and urgent matter.There are many similarities between the function and platform conditions of Chinese university Science parks and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.University science parks can play a role in the creation of innovation and entrepreneurship cultural atmosphere，the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system，and the service of innovation and entrepreneurship resource platform.

一、新时代创新创业人才培养新要求

2015年政府工作报告中鲜明提出“大众创业、万众创新”的口号（下文简称“双创”），随后国家下发了《中共中央国务院关于深化体制机制改革 加快实施创新驱动发展战略的若干意见》和《国务院关于大力推进大众创业万众创新若干政策措施的意见》等系列文件，自此“双创”在中国逐步发展，成为热潮。（剩余5066字）
