基于机器视觉的红枣大小分级方法研究

摘要：红枣大小是其最重要的外部特征和品质指标表现之一。本文提出一种基于机器视觉的红枣大小分级方法，首先对所采集的红枣图像进行分割，然后采用合适的算法找到红枣边界，再通过枣横径的真实值与检测的像素值的函数关系进行拟合，进而建立红枣大小检测模型，实现红枣大小等级分选。在少量数据集上取得较好试验效果。

Abstract：The most important external characteristics and quality indicators of red jujube are manifested on its size.In this paper，we propose a method of date size classification based on machine vision.Firstly，the collected red dates image is divided，and then the appropriate algorithm finds the border of red dates.Combined，and then the size of the red dates was established to achieve the sorting of red dates.It achieves better training effects on fewer data sets.
