基于高质量发展背景下教学工作科学管理探析

——以无锡城市职业技术学院机电工程学院为例

摘要：质量是高职院校发展的核心，是在高等教育中立足的根本，而教学质量是高校生存和发展的前提和基础，只有建立起科学、规范、高效的教学管理体系才能向高质量发展阶段迈进。文章结合工作实际，对优化基于高质量发展背景下教学工作科学管理提出了几点展望。
