高校科技创新效率与新质生产力水平的关系研究

Study on the Relationship of Innovation Efficiency of Chinese Universities and New Quality Productivity: Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data

Abstract:Based on panel data from 3O provinces across China,this study analyzes the relationship be tween innovation eficiency in universities and new quality productivity,as wellas the mediating effect of industry-education integration. The results indicate that,overall,innovation eficiency in universities can promote the enhancement of new quality productivity, but this effect exhibits regional disparities. The promoting effect is significant in the eastern regions,whereas in the central and western regions, there is no significant transmission effect. Industry-education integration and talent agglomeration plays a partial mediating role in this enhancement,indirectly driving the development of new quality productivity by improving the level of innovation efficiency in universities. Therefore,to foster the development of new quality productivity,it is essential to strengthen university scientific and technological innovation,promote collaborative innovation in industry-education integration,and comprehensively establish a new educational innovation ecosystem characterized by“cutting-edge technological breakthroughs + innovation achievement transformation + cultivation of new quality talent”.
