Abstract：Against the backdrop of the digital and intelligent wave reshaping industrial landscapes， SRDI SMEs，as core entities driving industrial chain innovation and resilience enhancement，face challenges such as imperfect technology integration mechanisms and insuficient multi-agent collaboration in their transformation processes. Based on collaborative innovation theory，this paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model involving SRDI SMEs， financial service institutions，and digital platforms to systematically analyze the dynamic mechanisms and strategic interactions in digital transformation technology integration. Using dynamic evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation methods，it reveals stable equilibrium strategies and evolutionary paths for multiple agents under different scenarios.Research indicates that multi-agent collaboration is the optimal solution for digital transformation. When collaborative benefits are high and cooperation costs are controllable，industrial chain resources can be integrated to share risks collectively. Key parameters exhibit nonlinear effects on transformation strategies，with government subsidies and non-cooperation losscosts playing significant roles.Short-sighted behavior by any single agent hinders transformation. This study addresses the issue from a dynamic game perspective and proposes systematic countermeasures-optimizing government subsidy and tax incentive policies， establishing financial institution risk compensation funds; enterprises building data-sharing platforms to advance data asset financing；fostering specialized service markets， and improving transformation performance evaluation and data security supervision mechanisms to facilitate enterprise transformation and industrial ecosystem optimization.
