EPC轻轨综合联调技术实施及组织管理

摘  要：结合埃及斋月十日城铁路项目工程实践，总结综合联调的技术实施及组织管理，提炼出适用于EPC轻轨的联调方案与管理办法。进一步规范综合联调调试内容，优化机电系统的整体性能，提高工程从建设阶段到运营阶段过渡的可靠性，对今后EPC轻轨项目的综合联调起到很好的参考价值和指导作用。

Abstract： Regarding practical experience of 10th of Ramadan Railway Project， the technology procedure and organization management of integrated commissioning were summarized. The technology and management of integrated commissioning were refined to adapt to EPC Light-Railway Project. On this basis， the integrated commissioning contents were regulated， the integrated performance of electrical & mechanical system was optimized， the reliability from construction to operation was promoted. The procedure and management of integrated commissioning play a crucial role of reference and guidance for EPC Light-Railway Project in the future.

埃及斋月十日城铁路轻轨项目（以下简称“埃及轻轨项目”）是埃及第一条电气化铁路，位于埃及首都开罗东部约50 km范围内，敷设于东部经济走廊的中轴线上，成为开罗市区与新首都、东部沿线卫星城连接的纽带。（剩余3281字）
