B型不锈钢城轨车辆内装轻量化研究

摘  要：为保障列车的绿色环保，需对城轨车辆进行轻量化设计。该文对城轨车辆内装轻量化进行研究，以现有B型不锈钢城轨车辆内装平台为研究对象，介绍内装系统应用的新材料、新工艺，举例说明内装系统应用新材料及安装新结构所带来的轻量化效果，讨论未来城轨车辆的轻量化发展趋势。

Abstract： In order to protect the green and environmental protection of the train， it is necessary to carry on the lightweight design of urban rail vehicles. This paper studies the lightweight of urban rail vehicle interior， takes the existing B-type stainless steel urban rail vehicle interior platform as the research object， introduces the new materials and new processes used in the interior system. Examples are given to illustrate the lightweight effect brought by the application of new materials and the installation of new structure in the built-in system， and the development trend of lightweight of urban rail vehicles in the future is discussed.
