基于内部视角的高校科技成果转化机制优化研究

摘  要：决定高校科技成果转化成效的主体因素是其本身。该文从高校内部视角分析科技成果培育、成果价值评估、供需信息畅通、校地合作联动和转化人才培养等方面在科技成果转化机制建设上的不足，在此基础上，结合高校实际情况提出针对性的科技成果转化机制优化建议。

Abstract： The main factor that determines the effectiveness of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is itself. From the internal perspective of colleges and universities， this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the construction of the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements， such as the cultivation of scientific and technological achievements， the evaluation of the value of scientific and technological achievements， the smooth flow of supply and demand information， the linkage of university-land cooperation and the cultivation of transformed talents. According to the actual situation of colleges and universities， this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements.
