Abstract：Thisstudyexplorestheinnovativeaplicationofknowledgegraphtechnologyinprisonsafetymanagement，combined withthescenariosofon-siterescueintellgentearlywaring.Itdesignsaknowledgegraphframeworkcoveringmultidimensional dataincludingcriminals'basicinformationandbehavioraldynamics，andconstructsaninteligentearly-waringsystemintegating dynamicriskasessment，intellgntpathplaningandulti-deparmntcolaboraieispatcingReal-datavalationsowtat thissystemsignificantlyimprovestheauracyofriskidentificationandtheeficiencyofrescueresponse.Thestudydemostrates thatknowledgegraphtechnologycanefectivelyintegrateulti-sourceheterogeneousdataprovidingpredictiveandreal-time intellgentdecisionsupportforprisonsafetymanagement，andoferinganinnovativetechnicalpathwayfortheconstructionof intelligent prisons.
