大语言模型与私有知识库的企业标准知识管理机制研究

Abstract:Thisstudyisbasedoncorporatecultureexteralsupport,andmanagemententitiesinenterprisestandardknowledge management,andproposesmethodsforconstructingaprivateknowledgebaseandconnectingitwithlargelanguagemodels (LLMs)toempowertheconstructionofastandardizedknowledgemanagementmechanism.Firstly,corporatecultureisthe prerequisiteforpromotingtheoperationofthemanagementsystem,xteralsupportisakeylink,andmanagemententitiesarethe mainexecutingdepartments.Secondly,aprivateknowledgebasecomposedofcomponentssuchasagents,registration,core services,jobservices,databasesandlogolectorsisconstructed.Alarge-lnguage-model-basedenterprisestandardknowledge managemntprocessisestablishedthroughlargelanguagemodelinterfaceconfigurationprivateknowledgebasevectorprocessing andstandardknowledgeconstructionandtuningFinalltoimprovesystemperformance,astandardknowledgemanagement mechanismisproposedonthepremiseofnsuringknowledgeintegrityExperimentalanalysisshowsthattheTop-3averagehitrate of the model and private knowledge base is 90.7% ,theaverage hallucination rateis 4.5% ,and the satisfaction score reaches 9.4 points.Thisstudyaimstoensurethefeasibiltyoftheenterprisestandardknowledgemanagementmechanismandpromotethe standardized development of enterprises.
