大语言模型与私有知识库的企业标准知识管理机制研究

Abstract：Thisstudyisbasedoncorporatecultureexteralsupport，andmanagemententitiesinenterprisestandardknowledge management，andproposesmethodsforconstructingaprivateknowledgebaseandconnectingitwithlargelanguagemodels （LLMs）toempowertheconstructionofastandardizedknowledgemanagementmechanism.Firstly，corporatecultureisthe prerequisiteforpromotingtheoperationofthemanagementsystem，xteralsupportisakeylink，andmanagemententitiesarethe mainexecutingdepartments.Secondly，aprivateknowledgebasecomposedofcomponentssuchasagents，registration，core services，jobservices，databasesandlogolectorsisconstructed.Alarge-lnguage-model-basedenterprisestandardknowledge managemntprocessisestablishedthroughlargelanguagemodelinterfaceconfigurationprivateknowledgebasevectorprocessing andstandardknowledgeconstructionandtuningFinalltoimprovesystemperformance，astandardknowledgemanagement mechanismisproposedonthepremiseofnsuringknowledgeintegrityExperimentalanalysisshowsthattheTop-3averagehitrate of the model and private knowledge base is 90.7% ，theaverage hallucination rateis 4.5% ，and the satisfaction score reaches 9.4 points.Thisstudyaimstoensurethefeasibiltyoftheenterprisestandardknowledgemanagementmechanismandpromotethe standardized development of enterprises.
