Abstract:Thisstudyproposesa"GLM4+DepSeek"dual-modelcollaborativemechanismforconstructingaknowledgegraphfor DietaryTherapyforDiabetesinAncientTraditionalChineseMedicine(TCM)Texts.Thisstudyretrievesformulasrelatedto "Xiaoke"(wasting-thirst,diabetes)fromtheChineseMedicalCanon,andconstructstheaforementionedknowledgegraphthat encompases939formulas,1015medicinalmaterials,and261foodingredients,revealingcomplexrelationshipsbetweendietary components,herbalmedicines,anddiabetes.ExperimentalresultsindicatethatGLM4demonstratessuperiorperformancein knowledge extraction (F1-score: 93% ).In contrast,DeepSeek excels in complex query generation and statistical analysis,exhibiting strongereasoningcapabilities.ThisstudyprovidesvaluableinsightsintoleveragingLLMsforTCMknowledgeextractionand ofersnewmethodsandperspectivesforsupportingthemodernizationofTCMresearchandtheexplorationofancientTCMtexts.
