Abstract：Thispaperfocusesonthetiger-headhatsoftheQingDynastywhichcarryprofoundfolkculturalconnotationsand exquisitecraftsmanship，andexploresindepththetechnicalpathofdigitalrestorationandmodelingofintangibleculturalheritage fabricartbasedontheRealityCaptureplatform.Inthedatacollctionstage，asmartphoneisusedtoshootvideoscombinedwith anautomaticrotatingdisplayturntable，whichcompletes360-degreecontinuousimagecolectionofthetiger-headhatthroughits uniformrotationThen，aigh-densitypointcloudisgeneratedtobuilda3Dsimulationmodel，andMayaisusedtorepairdefects suchasmissingdetails，finallycompletingahigh-precisiondigitalrestorationmodelThistechnicalprocessprovidesanperable andreplicablepracticalschemeforthedigitalprotectionofsimilartraditionalfabricintangibleculturalheritage，andinjects scientificandtechnologicalmomentumintothedynamicinheritanceandinovativedevelopmentofintangibleculturalheritage.
