Abstract：Thetraditionaldefensemethodsofstackedsecuritydevicescannolongercombattheincreasinglydiverseandcomplex networkatacks.Networksecurityjointresponse（JointResponse）isaresearchdirectioninthisfield，whichcanelevatethe managemntofsecurityproductstosystematicsecuritymanagementandsolvethesecurityproblemsexistinginthesystemfroma globalperspective.TakingSichuanmeteorologicalinformationnetworkastheresearchobject，thisstudyinvestigatesestablishinga networksecuritycollborativesystemandtheintroductionofsecuritypoices，iovativelyconstructingasecuritycoordinationand responsesystembasedon"businessclasificationaddresscategorzation，andeventadaptation."Troughiferentiatedpolicydesign， itachievestargetedprotectionandcomprehensivecontrolforcriticalbusinessesandordinarybusinessoperationsTheresultsshow thatthejointresponsesystemcandisposeofsecurityincidentsaccordingtodiferentbusinessaddresesthusformingaclosed-loop management of network security incidentsand improving the defense capability of the entire network system.
