Abstract：Toadressthechallengesofenterpriseprocessgovernance，thisstudyestablishesaquantitativeevaluationmechanismand continuousgovernanceframework.Weconstructedadata-drivenclosed-loopprocessgovernancesystemcomprisingprocessmaping， quantitativeasessment，processgovernance，andcontinuousmonitoring.Byemployingagovernancefourquadrantanalysismethod withintheuantitativevauationoeltegatingproessalthsessmetvencproizationdintellgtoeace tols-weachieveddynamicoptimizationofbusinessprocesses.Researchdemonstratesthatthissystemefectivelyresolvesisues suchasprocessredundancyandinefcientexecutionthroughtheimplementationofprocessowneraccountabilityandcontinuous monitoringmechanisms.Itprovidesmethodologicalsupprtforenterprisestoestablishagileandeficientprocessgovernance frameworks. Experimental results confirm a 31.12% efficiency improvement in governing suboptimal processes compared to pregovernance performance.
