Research on performance matching of high-speed permanent magnet drive motor system for aeration fan

Abstract : This study takes a 150kW , 30 000 r/min high-speed permanent magnet motor (HSPMSM) as the research object,focusing on the power matching problem in an aeration fan drive system.By analyzing the operating points of the aeration fan,the efficiency map of the matched motor was solved. Thereby,the system eficiency map under different operating conditions of the aeration fan when achieving optimal power matching with the motor was derived,and the motor eficiency within the matched system was verified through theoretical calculation of motor losses. Then,through the d-axis and q-axis current maps of the motor,the matched d-axis and q-axis currents of the motor for different operating conditions of the aeration fan were determined.And through the Park transformation,the d-axis and q-axis currents of the motor at diferent operating points after system matching were converted into controllable three-phase AC currents for the stator windings,achieving optimal current control. Finally,by building an experimental platform,the torque,current,and efficiency of the entire system at diffrent operating points after matching were actually measured. These are compared in detail with the theoretical calculation results,verifying accuracy of the theoretical analysis,and providing a basis for matching pump-type loads with motors.
