随着全面二孩和三孩政策的放开，多次剖宫产越来越多，这类产妇子宫下段存在疤痕，且常会伴有前置胎盘、胎盘植入、高龄等产后出血高危因素，产后出血的预防需加以重视，指南推荐缩宫素作为产后出血一线宫缩剂，但是缩宫素存在子宫下段收缩作用弱、作用时间短且受体饱和现象等不足，无法满足多次剖宫产产后出血预防[1]。（剩余3535字）
