【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the therapeutic value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods：Random digital table grouping，the control group underwent cervical cold knife conization，and at the same period，the observation group used loop electrosurgical excision procedur to compare the operative efficacy，perioperative indexes，postoperative complications rate and recurrence rate in postoperative follow-up.Results：The operation time，blood loss，intraoperativeincision depth and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter（less） than those in the control group（P
