颈椎病为颈椎退行性病变而诱发的临床综合征，病变累及到周围结构及组织，为颈椎骨关节炎、颈神经根综合征、增生性颈椎炎等一系列疾病总称，会出现颈部僵直、疼痛等一系列临床疾病，在临床上分为多种类型，如神经根型、交感型、脊髓型等[1]，出现会伴随头痛、四肢酸痛、麻木症状，脊髓型严重会造成瘫痪等严重危害，因为人们生活、工作方式发生改变，如长时间埋头、久坐、缺乏运动等，导致了颈椎病的发生率逐渐增加，为了能够更好地护理患者，合理的护理方法十分必要[2]。（剩余3260字）
