老年冠心病合并糖尿病住院患者实施综合护理服务的效果

【摘 要】目的：探究对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理的效果。方法：将我院接收的80例患者进行分组，参比组予常规、实验组予综合护理。对比两组护理前后临床相关变化。结果：护理后，实验组临床效果、负性情绪均优于参比组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对本病予综合护理效果显著。

The effect of implementing comprehensive nursing services for elderly inpatients with coronary heart disease and diabetes

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. Methods： The 80 patients received in our hospital were divided into two groups， and the reference group was given routine care and the experimental group was given comprehensive care. The clinical related changes before and after nursing between the two groups were compared. Results： After nursing， the clinical effect and negative emotion of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing for this disease is effective.
