婚检孕检中乙肝标志物的应用价值分析

【摘 要】目的：探讨在婚前检查、孕前检查中，乙肝标志物的应用价值。方法：选入在2019年7月至2021年7月间，进行婚前检查、孕前检查的人群总计5531例，以回顾性分析的形式记录检查结果、不同性别受检人员感染率。结果：5531例检查人群，684例阳性，其中206例谷丙转氨酶ALT指数上升，HBsAg、HBeAg、抗HBC三项阳性28.51%，HBsAg、HBeAb、抗HBC三项阳性55.56%；男性感染率12.97%相对高于女性9.41%，差异有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application value of hepatitis B markers in premarital examination and pre pregnancy examination. Methods： A total of 5531 people who underwent premarital examination and pre-pregnancy examination between July 2019 and July 2021 were selected， and recorded the examination results and infection rate of subjects with different sexes in the form of retrospective analysis.
