機械通气是治疗呼吸系统疾病的常用方法，治疗目的是辅助呼吸、达到抢救目的，然而机械通气是一种侵入性操作，通气治疗时易合并VAP风险[1]，一旦发生VAP会影响病情治疗效果，延长治疗时间，增加治疗成本，病情严重者甚至会增加死亡率，同时呼吸科收治的老年患者病情危急、身体素质差、机体抵抗力差，发生VAP的概率也随之提高，已经成为医院感染的重点监护场所[2-3]。（剩余2755字）
