【摘 要】目的：探究硬核白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗的可行性。方法：随机将2020年1月至2021年1月我院54例硬核白内障患者分为实验组（27例，行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术）、对照组（27例，行常规超声乳化白内障手术）。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后眼部指标变化、术后并发症状况。结果：实验组总有效率（96.30%，26/27）与对照组（85.19%，23/27）相比较高（P>0.05）；经治疗，实验组角膜散光度（0.39±0.08）？、视力水平（0.47±0.11）、角膜内皮细胞计数（2374.24±185.38）个/mm2，优于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the feasibility of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in patients with hard nuclear cataract. Methods：From January 2020 to January 2021，54 patients with hard nuclear cataract in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group（27 cases，underwent small-incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery） and the control group （27 cases， underwent conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery）.The treatment effects， changes of eye indicators before and after treatment， and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.
